We were recognised as having industry-leading levels of employee engagement across the Group’s companies; Vision for Education, ABC Teachers, Smart Teachers, Edwin People, Still Human, Enrich Education, Commando Joe’s and Llama ID.
As part of the assessment criteria, employee engagement is measured against six key drivers - reward and recognition; information sharing; empowerment; pride; job satisfaction; and wellbeing, and all scores and ratings used to compile the Best Places to Work lists are based solely on employee responses. We are proud to say we achieved high scores in all categories.
