People Partner

We have created an exciting new role of People Partner. The role will support our growing team in the delivery of high-quality strategic advice and support exclusively to Schools and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs). The People Partner will be integral to providing proactive strategic advice to our clients through project work and retained service contracts. Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases, the role will act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for headteachers, CEOs, and internal HR teams.
